How it works
What happens when you work with us
Step One
We arrange a meeting with you to learn about your vision for the project and any desired outcomes. It might be that you are at the very beginning of your idea, or it could be something you have been preparing for a long time. Either way we’re ready to listen.
Step Two
A formal proposal is generated for your consideration. It contains information on costs, timescales and the full project breakdown.
Step Three
Once the proposal has been agreed, we raise an invoice for 50% of the project cost (with the final 50% due at the completion stage). We request any supporting materials for the project (that might be imagery, website copy or inspiration).
Step Four
The exciting phase. We begin mocking up the first stages of the project. Once the initial mock-up is complete, we invite you to a meeting to iron out the details until everything is precisely where you would like it to be. The remainder of the project is then put together.
Step Five
Once the full draft of the project is ready, we request your feedback. We do a little back and forth until you’re fully satisfied. It’s time for completion.
Step Six
Your project has now been delivered. We raise the final invoice and provide any required training. And don’t worry, we are always on-hand to guide and support. It’s time to show off the work!
